KFC Hazeldean Pteroria East

Dear owner of KFC Hazeldean Pretoria East. I just want to let you know whats happening at your shop. Went there tonight because we had no power. No drumsticks, no side breasts, so I asked for 3 thighs, got 2 thighs and a center breast, which I don't eat. Thighs were raw. Paid for Oreo ice cream and when I got to the pay point I was told that there were no ice cream and that the lady at the till should have inquired first before ringing up the ice-cream. I the mean time the staff was shouting so loud that I could not even communicate with the attendant.
