KFC Hazeldean

I was at KFC in Hazel Dean Pretoria and had the worst experience ever we waited in the drive through for very long the ordering machine didn’t work , when we reached the first window to order there was nobody there in which we could see two employees arguing as to who is going to work at the window . When one employee arrived to help us we were told that we can’t order wings as they are currently frozen . This is absolutely unbelievable. This is not the first time I am having a problem with this KFC.
