KFC has no customer approach

I was waiting on my order in parow center , and I was rudely asked infront of customers by the manager if I work at Foschini, because we like to complain. Not to mention the store was full and I felt humiliated. If that wasn't enough my regular coke was poured half full because I didn't order ice with but this was never an issue in the store as I always order my coke with no ice and recieved a full cup. We never expected this from a manager.
