KFC has lost the taste and no complaints are taken seriously!

I was so disappointed by firstly the terrible taste at the North new road in midrand. My Family ended up having to cook because the taste was terrible. The spicy chicken was not spicy they forgot to add any flavor let alone the spicy taste! Then we make complaint and we get a response on social media , only for the lady who called us to ask sheer nonsense and infact interrogated us about why we felt the chicken wasn't good enough!!!!!!!!! what on earth? I will not stop complaining and making a noise until people answer to it !
