KFC has done it again.

As part of an email I received regarding unlocking a free music track I decided to go out and get myself that deal. Thursday the 26th I wnt out to KFC Benoni - Voortrekker RD and bought 6 streetwise 2 meals, as I would normally get these on a Friday. I was served by Doris N at 19:31 upon receiving my receipt. She highlighted that my order would be ready in 14 minutes 30-45 minutes later I was still waiting for my order when the store has 4-6 customers at the time. I then politely asked Doris on the cause of the delay, she continued cleaning her working area until I called Zanele the Shift mnger telling her about my dissatisfaction. They ended up arguing around the stoves, perhaps it might have been caused by Doris setting the expectation. I thought almost cancelled the order as it took very long, they prepared the meals and I left the store. As I got home to my surprise... some pieces were still undercooked and this is definitely not value for money spent.
