kfc has disgusting treatment ,you will be verbaly abused,,,

<p>i went to buy supper for my family,as i was waiting in the drive threw for approxamatly 20 min or so ,i asked the cashier how long more ,the cashier (ZAMA) rep**** FOR WHAT ,(HOW LONG FOR WHAT ) so as i got anoyed i asked her what do you mean how long for what ,am i waiting in line to paint my nails or what,she then in a very arigant way stated im been ******,then tells me F##K YO# to my face i definatly lost my temper and swore her,as i do not need to be treated in this manner ,i then asked for a manager ,she said there is no manager here,i then asked for her name and once again in a rude manner she said she does not know her name ,who is she to tell me infront of my family F##K YO# and im am ****** ,this is outragous behaver too a paying customer,,i then contacted a regional manager who was helpfull enuf and point me too sakile the person incharge ,,he then called her and she still did not apolagise and still was rude ,this is disgusting behavour from staff at kfc phoenix plaza ,i was supose to be contacted today 0710/2016 too resolve this mater and still nothing,i will be taking this matter further and will let the people know about this disaster ,social media will find out about this as well ,i have never been treated like this my entire life i dont see why i should exept it from KFC PHOENIX PLAZA ,i will not support KFC again,,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
