KFC Hartbee****rt failure

Dear KFC Head Office

Your KFC branch at Hartbee****rt has finally made me mad enough to put it on the internet. Today I went there on a quest to get a simple “All Star Box” and I failed miserably. Where to start?

Firstly the speed point connected to the till at pay window of the drive thru does not work at all. The “tap” facility on that speed point has not worked for about a month now so I guess the thing is now completely broken, so I had to pay at the collection window.

Secondly they have not had any Coke Zero bottles now for more than a week.

Arriving at the collection window I was informed that the mobile speed point there are also off so I needed to wait in the parking lot until they will come and help me there. I decided to park and walk into the shop and maybe see if I can help them by paying inside and collecting my order so no one has to run around after me. Alas that failed as well. No one could find my order so they took my order again and rang it up but the price was wrong. Instead of charging me for a bottle of cooldrink they charged me for a cup after I repeated my order about 3 times.

I have encountered loads of issues with them in the past. Orders with missing or incorrect items. The speed points don’t work you have to pay with cash, yet the Steers down the road also have FNB speed points that work just fine. The “we have no chicken” on a Friday afternoon. Look I understand if it is Sunday night and it was a busy weekend or long weekend and the Chicken is finished but Friday 13:00.
