KFC Harrismith Worst Fast Food Franchise

This must be the worst KFC in South Africa. Did an online order for over R600, collection time 17:45, my husband went to collect at 17:35, the shop was closed due to loadshedding, phoned customer care now I'm waiting for them to send voucher details to order from a KFC that is 2km further.
