KFC Hans Strydom Ferndale double charges

This review is specifically for the KFC at Hans Strydom Ferndale-the ladies at the drive through pay point swiped the card because the machine declined the first time around. As we drove off to collect the food we realized that the amount was deducted twice on our card and hadn't been declined as she said. We had to go inside to query this only to be told to come back after 5working days should the amount not reverse. We had no plans of spending R434 for a meal that’d cost us R217! The staff need to be trained on how to use these speed points and the machines need to be checked on a regular, one can only imagine jow many people got double charged on Sunday (28th June 2020)!
