KFC half fills sprinkle pops.. beware!

Bought takeaway lunch at KFC Century City at 13h57. Got home at 15h00 to eat. Sprinkle pops are only filled half way. Called the customer service and Im told that I need to go back to the store to rectify. Really? I must now inconvenience myself and drive all the way back to the mall to fix your inefficiency? No thank you. How difficult is it to get a simple order right?
