Kfc Half-done

I hope this email finds you well, i would like to lay a complain against your store in Somerset west mall, i bought the Family Treat x10, 8 of that meat was half done had to place it on the microwave and also we didnt get the burgers with that, this is not the first time i have a complain with them, iam getting tired of this, i have been calling and calling without success, and now this is my last resort after this ill publish on my magazine and timeline iam tired of all this now.
