KFC Haddon, Johannesburg

My friend and I decided to have a meal at the restaurant on the 11th of November 2025, but where left with a bitter taste while trying to enjoy our meals. Although the restaurant and the staff where great. I had to return my chicken thigh after getting an off smell from it. The piece was replaced with a chicken side breast to be precise which was not so bad, but my friend also then experienced the same rotten smell from his chicken thigh. Instantly we left the restaurant feeling disgusted. Ruined my whole experience of KFC. What happened to quality checks and enursing your customers are safe?
