KFC GUGULETHU mall is the PITS

KFC GUGULETHU mall has the worst customer service ever. Firstly when they pick up the phone they just say hello, almost as if they are answering their own phones, I had to ask if it is KFC to be sure. Secondly how is it that my order gets cancelled due to no driver being available and that my refund will take 7-14 days?? Excuse me?? Then when I call I get told that there is a driver that just left. How?? Why has my order been cancelled?? I want my money back immediately, I need to order from a different establishment.
