KFC Gugulethu - Complaint

I’m so disappointed and very hurt by what I experience at KFC in Gugulethu 2 hrs. I went there at 19:40, which is 20 mins before they close. When I arrived I was told that there was no meat even before I entered. Asked the security to kindly open the door for me and let me in so I can at least call an Uber so I can go home as it was dark and unsafe for for me to stand outside. The security kept shouting at me, and yelling that the they are closed now. Asked me to at least take my two bags as I had a laptop and other valuables in them and put them inside while I wait outside for an Uber. They security slammed the door in my face. I begged and cried desperately for him to open because I was scared that I might get ****** and kidnapped because it was so dark outside. Luckily there we two boys standing outside and they begged and shouted at the security to open the door for me as it was unsafe and I kept asking him if he has a girl child, girlfriend or mother? And how would he feel if someone were to treat the way he was treating me? The security guy did not care and kept saying they are closing and what am I going to do about that? I asked those boys to wait with me while I wait for my Uber. A lady arrived and I explained what happened and she offered to take me home. If it weren’t for her and the two boys, I don’t know where I’d be right now. I would like for the security to be dealt with accordingly because firstly, he had no right to close the door before 8pm and secondly that’s no way to treat a young girl who was desperate and fearing for her life.
