KFC Greenstone worst service ever

<p>i order my food at 14:00 , 20min later i ask about my order the lady gave me attitude and told me she called my number and she didn't. I ended up asking for a refund because it was going to take them another 20min for my order to be ready. The manager WENDY also gave me attitude and told me to go report it at their head office she is fine with it because their area manager wont have a problem with it.</p>
