KFC Greenstone has poor service

I am utterly disappointed with the service at KFC Greenstone. They have recently undergone renovations and have been slipping up since. Previously, they have made countless mistakes with my order. Today I ordered a snack burger with zinger sauce, a regular mash and gravy, small chips and small drink. The order took 10 minutes despite the very empty restaurant. Upon receiving my order, there was no chilli salt in the bag and my husband went to get some. I then noticed that I received a gravy and not a mash and gravy. When my husband went to get what I had ordered, he received a snarky comment amount there being gravy though. When we finally managed to sit down and eat, I took a bite of my burger and there was very little zinger sauce. It looked as if most of the sauce was squirted off the burger and a little drop of it was left. My husband then went to complain for a third time to which he received laughter and was told that if he wants more zinger sauce, he has to pay for it when he could see clearly that the burger had very little sauce (I have taken pictures of this as well). Finally, I had had enough and went to speak to the manager who maintained that he could not give me more zinger sauce without paying for it and that he was sorry. I will not be visiting this KFC again.
