kfc greenpoint

I bought 10 zinger wings on the kfc app and I paid online and the driver came to deliver. He called me once after he couldn't find me. I called him back only to get through to some lady who said she will call him and my order was cancelled immediately and my money was refunded. I called the lady again fuming she said the driver couldn't get hold of me after calling me once. I asked the lady why didn't the driver leave my order at reception like other drivers do her response was I didn't leave an instruction like that. KFC YOU ARE WORKING WITH AMATURES WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THE DOING. THE LADY THEN TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL BLOCK ME FROM USING THE KFC APP AGAIN. I AM NOT A HAPPY AT!!!!!!!
