KFC Green Point - Bad customer service, tasteless food and unhygienic restroom.

We were standing second in line to order at the counter and one of the employees literally forced us to go and place our order via self ordering kiosk. When we tried to place our order, the kiosk didn't have the item we wanted. We were then told that we have to order at the counter, placing us right at the back of the line. We ordered 2 buckets for one with drumsticks and 2 Wrapsta box meals, also requesting drumsticks. The buckets for one came with the drumsticks as requested, but the Wrapsta box meals did not come with our requested drumsticks. The chicken on the wrapsta was not very flavourful and the wrapsta itself was dry as there was not enough sauce or mayonnaise. After we finished our meal I took my kids to use the restroom and it was filthy and there was no toilet paper at all. VERY disappointing service and will NOT be returning to KFC Green Point and will be advising others not to do so as well.
