KFC Grayston drive in Sandton has the most bad service ever.

I am so disappointed about the bad service at KFC Grayston drive in Sandton, the service I got was so bad. There was no que but I had to wait for more than 20 minutes before I received my food and the chips where cold. I was serviced by Manda and she ignored me when I called her after she packed the food. I got there at 2:30 bought food at 2:33 and left at 2:58 that time there was only 2 customers only.
