KFC GRASSY PARK VICTORIA ROAD

Wow where do I begin. This is my second time visiting KFC GRASSY PARK IN VICTORIA ROAD. APPALLING SERVICE. As I pulled up in the drive through, the lady who takes the orders and generates the bill was at the window. We greeted but then she left without any notice. I knew what I was coming to order. Thinking she was going to come back, I waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to come and take my order. I then proceeded to shout in the window "hello? Hello? Is anybody here?" but not even 1 person came. At this point I was FUMING because I had been standing for nearly 15 minutes JUST TO ORDER A MEAL. When one of the workers walked past the window I had managed to catch his attention and he then called the girl and she proceeds to take my order.

This is not the first time this had happened. During lockdown I had even emailed the complaints department of KFC about this as well as I had previously waited almost an hour with other customers outside KFC GRASSY PARK VICTORIA ROAD to get our food. To which they had mailed me back for my contact number and its been months later and not a word or call or even a mail back from them. Last mail was from NOMFUNDO HADEBE and nothing happened. I honestly wish I could attach all the screenshots and slips I have with regards to my previous complaint. The service here is really appalling. I work in Tokai and go to the kfc there at least twice a week and never have any complaints. Staff is always friendly and service is quick. But grassy parks KFC must've missed the memo.
