KFC GRASSY PARK- PATHETIC SERVICE AND SUPERVISOR.

Once AGAIN... KFC Grassy Park... A MESS. I place a delivery order, pay and get my confirmation email. 50mins later I am still waiting. I decide to call 5 minutes ago... apparently spoke to the shift supervisor BUSISIWE, who arrogantly tells me that there are no drivers. My food is ready. I must wait. Me shocked as heck... I double check if I heard correctly... she confirmed what I heard. I then tell her I will expose their pathetic service and her attitude on Hellopeter... she replies, "what do you want me to do?". I don't reply to that. I ask her why KFC has a delivery system if they have no drivers? Keep in mind I am less than 5km away from this branch. So for almost a hour now... I still waiting. GRASSY PARK KFC SERVICE AND THEIR SUPERVISION IS DISGUSTING. And then all that hellopeter wants to do is compensate your amount/order. Nothing extra or more for me wasting my airtime, getting an attitude AND still a hour later waiting for my food. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!
