KFC grandwest

So this is the 3rd time i have come to kfc in grandwest.1st 2 times theu never had centre pieces and this is at different times of the day.the 3rd time is now.i ordered variety box meal and chicken box meal.i got 2 x variety box meals.lady that took the order just shrugged her shoulders when questioned as well as the staff packing the order.no serviettes and spice or sauce given.just bad service all the time with staff that just don't care
