After being told the chicken will take twenty minutes at 11:14, not being informed any further and only receiving the order at 11:40. This is truly pathetic, especially for a KFC that's based where it is. Chicken was under cooked, children were becoming grumpy due to the long wait. So much for choosing KFC over next door Nando's expecting quicker service.
