KFC Grand West ABSOLUTELY POOR!!!

I ordered the Colonel burger deal. I asked for no garnish on both and add extra zinger sauce to each burger. I want the mayo on one side and zinger on the other side, almost like the crunch burger i said to her. I received my order and left. Got to my work station and there is garnish on. I'm allergic to tomato hence no garnish, but there weren't any zinger sauce on as well. Went back to them and explained this is not what I ordered. Got the order back and with no garnish, but same old bread and no zinger sauce so asked her again to change the order as I paid for sauce but still did not receive it. After the 3rd time I received my order still not 100% as my bread at this stage has been in pieces, no mayo sauce but at least zinger sauce. Again I said its wrong and the lady said I did not specify what I wanted and I must order again and pay. Like how difficult is it to read my slip, she did not indicate on the slip no garnish after I showed her before the slip was printed and she said don't worry she will tell the back! The whole attitude of the staff, quality of service and quality of food was absolutely poor! I asked for the manager and was said "he is not available now as he went out, I must come back later", I asked at what time he will be back and she said not now but later. What type of answer is that?? I will not go back to the KFC at Grand West Casino. I will not recommend this KFC to anyone! That R2 that I added for the Hope Foundation, please use that to educate the staff or employ someone who is willing to work!
