KFC Grahamstown ....beyond pathetic

Grahamstown KFC is pathetic arrive at 8h45pm at the drive through wait in line as you cant leave or get out until 9h15pm when a staff member comes to my window to tell me theres a 20 min wait time for chicken so i ask if its the same for burgers etc she says no so i think ok ill just get burgers but NO the cars wont move and allow others to get what is available .... i am sorry but why do ypu have a manager ???? Make a flipping plan use your brain you could go car to car and take the order force the cars to park and wait but you choose to do nothing stuff your customers like me who still had a 45 minute drive home who gives a damn ....eventually at 10pm i get to thr counter after being stuck behind another car who refused to move with no intervention from the useless manager so again we are all inconvenienced because you have no control no staff with enough care to actually do their jobs and keep customers happy considering we pay your salaries so i get my order no one bothers to tell me that the mash and gravy has NO gravy what in hell and after ordering 2 lrge pops you give me 1 and still argue with me ....i eventually leave at 10h15pm get home at 11pm and Never will i set foot in this shambles of a place again ...pathetic disgusting shameful....and i know and dont expect it as it wont happen that anyone will respond ....and this is the reason the Eastern Cape will always be a disaster that it is
