KFC Goodwood & KFC APP Order

Ordered on the KFC Online App on Friday 30 June 2023, for collection at KFC Goodwood. My oder was processed online and my bank account was debited with the transaction fee. No order confirmation was sent through to me via email or sms & the KFC Goodwood Manager refused to prepare my order even after I showed her the payment for the order was processed to my bank account. I then had to again order at the store and again pay for my second order (to not go home empty handed). I then received a order confirmation via email at 22:35 on Friday evening. I was promised my 1st Online Order would be reversed and I am now still waiting on confirmation as I already called the Call Centre in this regard.
