KFC going from bad to worse

Went to KFC last week in Somerset Road, aside from the VERY slow service I got a box of fries half filled. I left it and thought they were having a few issues in the kitchen. <br> <br> Today same issue. Service beyond slow. Once the line was backed up the manager stood and watched but did not help, so only one person at the till. Once I managed to place an order I got my food pretty quick and thought wow amazing. Only to find once again half filled fries box and brown edged lettuce on my chicken. Once again trying not to be a bit tolerant I remove the lettuce and eat my food. The back sit down area leads to the kitchen doors. Staff coming in and shouting with foul language on the top of their voices. When customers look up at them because you cannot have a conversation in that noise you get a dirty look. <br> <br> So I thought to hell with this and called the manager. The manager who stood around so uselessly at first was now nowhere to be found.<br> <br> Simply put. it's a circus and you guys need to get an inspection done of the staff and facilities.
