KFC Going downhill

For many years the quality at KFC was always consistent but this is no longer the case. I recently purchased food at KFC 5 Ways and was disgusted by the food. The chicken was cold. The bun was stale and the cooldrinks were warm. This is not the first time that I have experienced poor quality from this KFC. The Colonel would be ashamed of this store.
