KFC going down

We supported the KFC BLUFF (lighthouse road) drive-through on the 21/06/2024. The twister was so poorly prepared, and soda was not given to us. There were people drinking alcohol and acting the fool right outside the door. I watched how people were turning away from this KFC because of these drunks! What makes it worse, the security guard on duty did not even care about these guys. I tried to call the business number for that branch and it kept saying that the number is unavailable. Management needs to look into this as it is tarnishing the branch reputation. Ladies with children don't feel comfortable going there as they feel unsafe. As far as my order that was not completed this is not the first time.
