KFC - going down

More than a month passed and still no response from KFC regarding my complaint. I have turned to customer care services, e-mails and even HelloPeter. Only to get a sms from KFC that says someone will call me. It didnt happen. Not even a phone call. Soooo dissapointed in the standard, quality and customer services of KFC.
