KFC GLEN MARAIS KEMPTON PARK !!! What a disappointment…

We visited KFC Glen Marais tonight. We stood in the drive thru for 1hour 15mins. We ordered a 8 piece family treat with mash and gravy. The chicken was so badly burnt it smelled like gas, couldn’t even eat it. The mash and gravy had no gravy only mash and they were suppose to give us 2 chips, well we received the 2 packets but only 1 had chips in it. The other was empty. This is disgusting service from KFC in Glen Marais Monument road. How can you serve people food this bad!!!!
