KFC Glen Marais

As a family we are regular customers of KFC, in particular the outlet in Dann Road, Kempton Park. For a while I had issues with incorrect or short orders being supp**** at the drive through. I commented on KFC's site and had a response and call within minutes so best commendations to their customer support team. They listened to my comments and undertook to act. I received feedback from them about a week later and must say that I have had no issues at the store, and so assume that whatever actions they did take, in fact had the desired results. The service is now constantly excellent both before and after the COVID 19 challenges, so compliments also to the store management and team. *** Very Well Done ***
