KFC Glen Marais

So I used their WhatsApp service to place so that I can just get there, pay up and collect my order, to my surprise when I arrived, my order wasn`t even ready and I had to wait for an extra 30 minutes to get my food. What is the use of placing an order for collecting if they will just make you wait, I would have just used their drive through. KFC Glen Marais is fairly always good with their service but this time I wasn`t happy with the service I got.
