KFC giving us false operating hours.

I got at the store around 18:30 and the doors were closed (but the signage says “we are open- trading hours 09:00-19:00”). This is very unacceptable because it shows false adverti*****t to us loyal customers. I spoke to the manager (Happy) and he was stuttering. This was at Mams Mall (Pretoria)
