KFC giving sort items on Mr. delivery orders

On the 21st December round about 06:50 I placed an order via Mr. delivery for KFC at Market Square branch to be exact. I chose this one as its closes to my house. Most of the times when I order from this KFC my order is mostly sort. I experience it when I bought inside and mostly through Mr. Delivery.

on this order I order 10 pieces, two burgers, two coleslaw, four zigger wings & two regular chips . But I only received 8 piece, all other items was correct. I even got so tired now of going on Mr. Delivery to complain that I decided to write it on Hello Peter. I love KFC and that's my only reason for buying but what this branch is doing is wrong. Are they taking the meals for them or is it just always a mistake?

This leaves a bad name for KFC in general and someone should put it to a stop. I know people will say buy from a another branch then, why should I do that just for them to continue doing it to other customers. I am not sure am I the only one experiencing this but may someone please look into this.
