KFC giving old food and rude service

I purchase family meal,additional wings and was able to choose 3 additional extra,burgers,wings,cold-slaw.Meal I received was old,chips soak in oil and chicken,was not fresh at all,burger cold and rolls not fresh,chicken wings oily horrible. I return to store to advise on the chips immediately,not clear on rest of the meal,service assistance was very rude as she was not happy that I complaint about chips,she gave me the chips after advising it is other chips,I return home to my guest,to discover old food.This was embarrassing and a waste of my money.why employ people that is not happy with their job. I reported this incident to KFC customer service call centre,that was even worse experience,I have not been contacted with any apology or any concern about the service I received
