KFC Gillespie" s Horrible service

I ordered online at at 18:36 was when I completed order, for collection, 2 hours later no order, I sent my Son with the order number, Staff advised "No order. KFC Gillespie is probably the worst, having waited for 2 Hours, I asked my husband to go and check exactly what happened because I have the order number as confirmed by KFC & estimated time of 15mins for collection at Gillespie, He goes and comes back with the meat, so where did the order suddenly come from after 2 and a half Hours of waiting. I am livid, that Branch needs to be scrutinised.
