KFC Gift Acres

Yet another horrible experience at Gift Acres KFC, they seem to always have something wrong there. If it isn't lack of promotional knowledge, it stock level or mixed up orders. Went there today just after 8 pm wanted to order but was informed they didn't have Chicken... yes Chicken of all things and I'd need to wait 10 min. Thought okay little odd let me get a Boxmaster, Oh no they only have the Zinger version was like sure lets live on the edge. Ordered 2 only to be told they also don't have lettuce. Asked what do they have and after a couple minutes got a reply ONLY zinger wings. So i canceled to order but was then forced to stand in the Drive-Thru regardless because there is no I-Regret-My-Life-Choices lane to get out. Whole thing wasted a good hour of my Sunday. Really need to get their act together there.
