Kfc gift acres again

Hi I have a serious problem with the kfc in gift acres lynnwood and i am now starting to believe that its my skin color. First it was months back with Cynthia and now on the 21st of March it was raining i made a drive through at the kfc with my family i specifically asked for certain portions when i made the order then when i collected it i asked again if its what i asked for then the lady asked a "happy" or something like that if he had packaged what i had asked for and he said yes. When we got home the order was the total opposite of what i had asked for. It was yet another drive to kfc to get it sorted and not even the manager came to apologize. I really dont need their call to say sorry. They need to change their staff. It is terrible. Unacceptable. Disrespectful.
