KFC Gift Acres

I’m a single parent and I’m struggling to make end meet. I have 2 kids and didn’t have food in my house. One of my friends visited me and offered to buy food for my kids. I ordered via MrDelivery from KFC Gift Acres in Pretoria. First of all, they were 10 minutes late and I called MrDelivery’s call centre before he arrived. Then I had cash AS I SAID IN THE ORDER. The delivery guy didn’t have change. He didn’t want to give the food. I offered all the cash.....R61 more and he still didn’t want to give the food. He was more than rude and simply drove off. I called the MrDelivery call centre again.....nothing happened!!!!! The delivery guy turned around twice but never came to my house. I called MrDelivery for the third time and they refused to help. They didn’t want to call KFC Gift Acers and just said, “sorry we can’t help you”. It is more than a hour later....no response from KFC Gift Acres nor MrDelivery!!!!!!!! My kids had something to eat but service is NOT one of KFC Gift Acres nor MrDelivery ‘s values!!!!! Where is the service in South Africa????? Where is pride in your job????? KFC and MrDelivery will never see or hear from me again! Bad companies, useless people working there!
