KFC Gezina needs attention

I’ve been coming to KFC Gezina the past 2 years and it has always been fine. The last 3 weeks their service took a serious dip. I spend on average 18 minutes in the deive thru just to order then another 10 minutes to get my food. This is the 3rd time... not coming here again
