KFC getting worse by the day poor service & quality

good day all you good people, the last 3 times i have visited this store i have had bad food,old and dry chicken and fries. also the customer service is very poor the assistants don't know what you are requesting when placing your order. i requested 2 x SW BUCKET FOR ONE ( Shumani 22 ) she had to ask another assistant what i was requesting. she wanted to give me the 5+5 Tuesday special.
