KFC GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

I went to Broadacres kfc on 23/02/2020 at 16:30 ordered my food and was told to please park and they will bring it to me 30 mins later still nothing i went to enquire and was told they are very sorry but they gave my food to someone else. after waiting another 15 mins i went to enquire again and was given my food but it was incorrect. i asked to speak to a manager there was no one available but a supervisor who was so dumb struck and useless. KFC really needs to get their act together as this is not the first bad incident i have had
