KFC Germiston - Excellent Service

I purchased 4 x Jalapeno wrap meals and when I got home the one box did not have the wrap. I then contacted KFC and they said I can collect. Since I was home I did not want to drive again, they said it's fine I can collect the next day. A week later I managed some time to go back..to my surprise they replaced the full meal and a cool drink. Thank you KFC for excellent customer service, I only expected my wrap but you gave me much more....keep up the great work.
