KFC gave me old food. Second time!!

On the 1/2/2021 at 09:12 am I orderd my food FROM KFC Grassy Park. I ordered a zinger burger meal.

I especially noted in the instruction to NOT SEND ME OLD food.

The reason I did this was due to the fact that the first time I placed an order I received old heated up food and I just wanted to ensure that it wasn't the case again.

It was however the case and even worse! I got old chips that were heated up.

What do KFC think of their customers to send food in such a condition.

I am. So. Very disgusted and unhappy that I will never order from them again. I can understand the first time but the second time?.

I want a refund of the money I wasted. I've made a complaint directly to KFC but I have not had a response.
