Kfc Gateway poor service and unsatisfactory customer service

Yesterday around 7pm after coming from work.I went to KFC Just outside Gateway Mall and ordered a Crunch burger meal,and while they prepared the meal I took a walk around and after about 30 min I then proceeded back to collect my order I gave the lady my slip and she gave me a coke as part of the meal and she searched for my order and after some time she took the order and gave me.I asked her if it was the correct order and she agreed and I took the order and put it on the trolley as it was for my Dad. When I arrived at home I found out that it was a Street wise 2 I was so ****ed and couldn't proceed back as I live In New Germany Pinetown.I am not happy with the Service I was given and I am taking further action as I was ****** and I would like Management to call me immediately as I have proof of payment and even took a picture of what I did not order my number is ***
