KFC GATEWAY HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STAFF IS NOT TRAINED WELL, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

At 20:30 I called KFC and got through to a lady named STHAH to place an order which i said I'll collect after 9 once I have knocked off at work and the Lady that I spoke to said I Can come and collect it. When I got there they said they sold it to someone else because they weren't sure if I'll come to collect or not... I had to wait 20 minutes for my new order and worse my driver couldn't wait any longer, I'm not happy with the service I got from KFC in gateway and I'd never recommend anyone to go there. The staff is very rude to an extent that they refused to tell me the name and surname of their manager when I asked. They were not even apologetic... VERY POOR SERVICE, I'm so unhappy and very FRUSTRATED!!!
