Kfc gateway-half eaten chicken which was served!

Recently ordered some food from kfc in which I specified the type of chicken in the meal as per the options given... When the delivery arrived I accepted... When I got to finally opening the order... To my horror.. One of the pieces of chicken was eaten out of before it was even touched! I left a review in the delivery app however nothing had been done.... I want to know why was my chicken eaten out of... Due to the recent Covid19 I ended up throwing the entire meal out! How many other cusromers have their food eaten out of before it gets to them?
