KFC Gateway Bad Delivery Service

I'm so disappointed in KFC gateway, I placed an order for delivery and I have received the wrong order, this is such an inconvenience worse iv been charged for this meal and I didn't receive it, the worst part is getting through to there call center... Worst first experience ordering online
