KFC Gatesville (*** Fastfood Company) Gatesville

On the 25/07/2018 , @ 18:55 my wife and I, have been to KFC Gatesville. My order was short enough for anyone to remember, yet alone memorize. It consisted of the following:

1 x Wings Lunch Box (R49.90) 1 x Chicken LBox+SF (R49.90) 1 x Snack Burger (R14.90)

Total to the sum of R114.70.

The cashier, Noludwe 4, was more interested in a R2.00 that was asked to be donated, rather than ensuring that the basic meal items were packed in before handing the ordered meal to me. Got home and found that there was no tomato sauce, no chip spice and to top it off, as advertised on the very top of one's slip it states should you spend more than R80.00 including any coke purchase you'd get 100mb FREE....this was bare even sent or mentioned to me.

After the intial order was handed to myself and a few other customers, we were told that they (KFC Gatesville) do not have any more coke in their coke machine. We then requested to have the manager come to the front for more clarity on the poor service, low leveled stock and *********** staff, however she failed to attend to me and those around me. She (Ziyanda) displayed lack of managerial s****s, and resistance to assist customers. Wendy, who was one of the cashiers, used initiative to open a 2 litre coke and compensate us with cups filled with the bottled coke as the franchise were low on supplies.

Well done to Wendy, you should be awarded for efforts and should be in place of the manager.

I will take this matter to social media as well as Hello Peter.

They should close down that franchise, as it offers up disgusting service.

I have driven past KFC Klipfontein Road by choice, not knowing the awful service that has been awaiting on the other end...
